Engineering office specializing in climate control, thermal and fluid mechanics

Our independent Thermal & Fluid Engineering Office ensures the security of your decisions for more efficient, comfortable, and energy-saving buildings. From detailed modeling (STD and SED) to costed scenarios and project management, we design and implement solutions that sustainably reduce your energy consumption and emissions, while guaranteeing year-round comfort and regulatory compliance.

⚠️ We do not conduct studies for private individuals.

We cater to several
types of needs

Every energy project is unique.

Improving reliability and comfort

Analyze the state of current facilities in order to propose improvements.

Reduce the energy bill

Consume less and optimize your energy bill, while protecting the planet.

Energy renovation

Extensive rehabilitation requires a sustainable project.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) - PowerPoint

We assess your building's energy performance, identify sources of heat loss, and provide targeted recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and anticipate future regulatory requirements. In collaboration with our partner architects, we also develop a Multi-Year Work Plan (PPT), which prioritizes the renovation actions needed to improve energy performance and occupant comfort.

Dynamic Thermal Simulation (DTS) and Dynamic Energy Simulation (DES)

The thermal simulation (STD) involves creating a thermal model of the building using STD software, which allows for the estimation of the building's needs based on heat loss, ventilation, solar and internal gains (occupancy, office equipment, lighting). Energy consumption is then estimated based on the production systems.

Operational monitoring & project management assistance

We structure energy governance, optimize contracts and settings, and ensure that performance commitments are met over time through ongoing dialogue between occupants and the heating operator.

FAQ for thermal and fluid engineering offices

What specific tasks will you be undertaking?
We carry out: energy audits, EPCs, regulatory calculations, Dynamic Thermal Simulation (DTS), HVAC/Plumbing design (from sketches to plans), tender documents/contractor consultation, site monitoring and acceptance, as well as project management assistance and operational monitoring to ensure performance over time.
What is the role of Dynamic Thermal Simulation (DTS) in your approach?
The STD allows for detailed modeling of the building and measurement of the impact of technical choices (envelope, systems, instructions, occupancy) on winter/summer comfort and energy consumption, in order to arbitrate scenarios before work and optimize the cost/performance ratio.
Can you assist us with obligations and compliance (tertiary sector, co-ownership, etc.)?
Yes. We are framing the data collection, building a monitoring methodology, defining indicators and an action plan to meet the requirements (e.g., regulations applicable to commercial buildings) and prioritizing impactful projects. Our regulatory monitoring informs these processes.
How does a mission start-up proceed and what deliverables will we receive?
1) Initial scoping meeting (objectives, scope, schedule) → 2) Data collection (contracts, diagrams, historical data, building management systems, plans) → 3) Site visits & measurements → 4) Modeling/Structural Analysis and studies → 5) Report & cost estimates (scenarios, ROI, prioritization) → 6) Tender documents & consultation support → 7) Site supervision/acceptance. Deliverables include calculation notes, plans, a decision support report, and tender documents.
