We carry out all engineering missions. Starting from the initial technical diagnosis of your installations, we prepare the tender documents and the analyses of work and operation bids, and monitor the execution until the works are accepted.
RENER develops a customized project tailored to the needs of the Client to rehabilitate the following facilities:
- Heating and air conditioning
- Domestic hot water production
- Renewable energy production
- Hot water distribution, cold water distribution, heating network
- Gas conversion, hybrid heat pump for heating and/or domestic hot water, solar or atmospheric-solar domestic hot water production

As part of our project management services, we produce:
- The initial technical assessment includes a survey of the existing situation, a critical analysis of the installations, and recommendations for improvement with a costed work program
- Drafting of a consultation file for works (description of works, dimensions, schematic diagrams, plans)
- Drafting of contractual documents
- Water distribution, control and validation of execution plans, study, cold water, heating network
- Monitoring and management of the work (site meetings and reports)
- Assistance to the project owner until acceptance and resolution of outstanding issues

Project Management (MOE) vs AMO: what's the difference and when should you call on us?
The project management team (MOE) designs the technical packages, prepares the contracts (technical specifications, plans, bills of quantities/unit prices), manages the execution (meetings, reports), and accepts the completed work.
The project management assistance (AMO) advises the client on strategy, contracts, and operations without managing the contractors.
Rener can act as either the project management team or the project management assistance team, depending on the project's maturity and your needs.

How do you ensure the security of the consultation and selection of companies?
We launch a structured consultation based on a complete tender document, analyze the bids (technical/financial/alternatives), ask clarifying questions, and then manage the contracting process to avoid unforeseen problems on the construction site. This method guarantees comparability of bids, traceability, and an impartial selection process.
And in occupied sites (offices, condominiums, public access buildings): how do you limit the impact?
We build a work phasing and intervention slots compatible with the activity, plan the switchovers (boiler room/AHU…), put in place a communication plan for occupants, and conduct progressive tests to maintain service (comfort/safety) throughout the construction site.
