The group and our history

RENER belongs to the BI group (family holding company), which also includes:

  • CERSA-MCI, a company specializing in automation and optical instrumentation, was created in 1981 by Jean-François FARDEAU and is now of worldwide reputation.
  • SCEA “Pont du Pâtre”, created in 2011 for the production and processing of organic food.

RENER is dedicated to energy efficiency and renewable energy.

Our vision

The creation of RENER responds to the shareholders' desire to invest both in energy savings (the primary resource) and in energy generation for small or medium-sized industrial or agricultural structures. These methods deliver quality, sustainable outcomes for every project.

Specializing in the improvement, renovation, and operational monitoring of existing heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems in multi-family residential buildings (condominiums managed by property management companies) and commercial buildings.


30 years of experience in operational monitoring, thermal studies, diagnostics, and fluid engineering. The quality of our services ensures lasting customer satisfaction.
