Operational monitoring
& Project management

The constant rise in energy costs, environmental imperatives and the search for a high level of service for users mean that optimizing the operation of technical installations has become a major issue in the energy performance of buildings.
RENER's experience and expertise are at your service to supportand assist the project owner in optimizing the operation of the facilities they manage through the following missions:
- Analysis of energy consumption and supply contracts
- Renegotiation and drafting of operating or energy performance contracts
- Tenders for the supply of energy at deregulated tariffs
- Operational monitoring of facilities
- Verification of the application of contractual clauses (technical and financial)
- Verification of the quality of maintenance and operation of the facilities

Renovating facilities or insulating buildings isn't enough to generate savings; operating parameters must then be adjusted, calibrated, balanced, etc., to achieve the planned savings targets.
At Rener, we are committed to:
- Translate into a clear contractual form, between the Project Owner and the operating company, the quantified savings objectives, accompanied by penalties or remuneration in the event of exceeding or additional savings achieved.
- To analyze the results obtained and to continuously discuss improvements or corrections to be made to the maintenance and operation of the facilities.

Renovation 2013
Condensing gas boiler with modulating burner.
MCI operating contract (heat market with incentives).
Transparent P3 extended to underfloor heating manifolds.

Condition after improvement
